So what exactly is minimalism?
Minimalism is both a mindset and a practice. It’s the art of letting go of the things we no longer need and the things that no longer serve us physically or mentally. Choosing to be a minimalist means choosing to live intentionally with fewer possessions. The things that minimalists do keep are items that actively serve a functional purpose or bring joy and peace into their lives. Minimalism is about having the freedom to pursue meaningful activities and relationships without the weight or guilt that owning too many possessions often brings. It’s the prioritization of living over the accumulation of more stuff.
